Complimentary Maintenance Schedule

• In order for your machine to take care of your espresso, it is important that you make sure to take care of your machine.

• Because of this, LatteMaestro is committed to helping ensure that your equipment lasts as long as possible!

• To that end, when you purchase any product from LatteMaestro requiring maintenance, we will send you an e-mail containing a maintenance schedule for your machine as a reminder. This complimentary service is our way of saying thank you for choosing LatteMaestro for your espresso needs.

• All we will need is your e-mail address, along with the name of the machine and the date on which you purchased it, and we'll take care of the rest.

Note: LatteMaestro is not responsible if anything unforeseen happens that prevents the e-mail from being received, such as in the event that the email is classified as spam by your ISP or email service.

1 year Manufacturer Warranty on parts and labor

• All third-party transactions through our site are subject to that seller's warranty policy

• LatteMaestro warranties cover any of the machines or grinders purchased directly from LatteMaestro, in the case of any defects in material and/or workmanship. Further, the LatteMaestro warranty guarantees that these machines will perform adequately under normal use if properly set-up and maintained in accordance with the Manual furnished with the product.

• Starting Time: This product warranty begins with the date of shipment.

• Components are covered for parts and labor for 1 year.

• This warranty is applicable only in the United States.

• Limited strictly to replacing, or to repairing, upon return to the LatteMaestro Service Department, transportation charges prepaid, any part or parts that shall be found to be defective in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period.

• All decisions regarding defects in material or workmanship or accident, alteration, misuse, or improper maintenance shall be made by LatteMaestro's Service Department.

• Warranty service must be performed by LatteMaestro's Service Department.

• User is responsible for putting the machines in place, cleaning and maintaining them as described in the Manual furnished with the machine. This warranty does not include parts or labor coverage for any component failure or other damage resulting from:

- Electrical power or water supply failure to the espresso machine for any reason.

- Operating the product beyond the specifications set in the product’s manual.

- Failure to clean and maintain as set forth in the product’s manual.

- Putting in place not in accordance with the product's manual.

• ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL LATTEMAESTRO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM MISUSE OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF.

• No part or assembly will be covered by this warranty if damage is a result of accident, alteration, misuse, or failure to put in place or service in accordance with the Manual furnished with the product, or service/alteration were perform by anyone other than LatteMaestro's certified technician, if a machine's serial number has been altered or removed.

• Shipping costs for return of defective product and delivery of replacement parts are the consumers responsibility.

30 day Satisfaction Guarantee

• 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee policy applies only to the machines and grinders purchased directly from LatteMaestro. All third-party transactions through our site are subject to that seller's guarantee policy.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping charges. Restocking fee of 10% will apply to items returned only, not exchanged due to defects. Please refer to our Return policy for more details.

Environment friendly "green" shipping

• We deeply care about the environment. For shipping we are using environment friendly materials only: cardboard, old newspapers or recycling paper. No foam peanuts or plastic bags. After the delivery you can recycle practically the whole package.
